The Gathering is committed to complying with The Alberta Government’s health measures relating to COVID-19. As we get closer to the event, the following guidance will be updated as official government recommendations and COVID-19 restrictions change. All mentioned processes and protocols are subject to change, and remain outside the hands of the organizers.
In keeping with the Alberta Restrictions Exemption Program currently in place, please note that masks are still mandatory indoors, and additionally we would ask that our in-person Gatherers be prepared to show valid photo identification and comply with one of the following:
1. Provide proof of full vaccination
2. Provide proof of a negatively paid antigen or PCR test carried out within the last 72 hours
3. Provide documentation of a medical exemption
Hand sanitizer will be provided around the venue, and the event will be designed to allow for clear attendee directional flow and fresh air circulation.
Rapid antigen testing will be available onsite at a special subsidized rate for Gatherers. PCR test bookings will also be available for those who need them to travel back to their home country.
If you are crossing a national border to attend The Gathering Summit in-person, please make sure to carefully check both yours and Canada’s travel restrictions and requirements in place for non-essential travel.
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms at any time, please stay safely at home or in your hotel, and connect with your fellow Gatherers via the virtual experience, The Gathering Global.
