Are passes final sale?

All passes to our year ten celebration held on October 23-25, 2024 are final sale. Dates are subject to change. If the event is not able to move forward, we will shift your pass to the following year. Additionally, you can transfer your pass for free to another attendee by contacting gatekeeper@cultgathering.com

Our event is held at the Fairmont Banff Springs, an iconic 150-year-old castle-turned-hotel and conference centre is nestled deep within the stunning Canadian Rockies. It was recently voted the #1 luxury hotel in the world.

Please note purchasing a VIP ticket is the only way to guarantee a room at the Fairmont Banff Springs, and only a limited quantity of VIP tickets are available. For Icon pass holders who wish to stay at the Fairmont Banff Spring during the event, please get in touch with the hotel directly and reference The Gathering Summit to receive a discounted rate. Please be aware that rooms are limited throughout Banff and booked first come, first serve.
