Refund and revocation policy
All passes issued for The Gathering are the property of the organizer. The Gathering reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, revoke, or refuse transactions at any time with any individual or entity for reasons including, but not limited to, pass misuse, violation of these terms, or other misconduct.
Refunds
- The Gathering does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, acts of God, travel-related issues, government restrictions, or personal changes in circumstance.
- Any payments made to The Gathering are non-refundable, regardless of usage or circumstance.
Transfer policy
- Passes can be transferred to another individual up to 28 days prior to the event start by notifying The Gathering at gatekeeper@cultgathering.com.
- Transfers are not permitted once a pass has been collected or after the 28-day pre-event window.
Event cancellation or postponement
- If The Gathering is canceled entirely, attendees may transfer their pass to the same event the following year.
- If postponed, passes will be valid for the rescheduled dates within the same calendar year.
- The Gathering is not liable for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of event cancellation or postponement.
Liability and insurance
- The Gathering's organizers are not liable for personal accidents, loss, or damage to private property of attendees.
- Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance to cover personal incidents and travel as The Gathering does not provide coverage.
Force majeure
- The event may be modified, canceled, or postponed due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the organizers such as acts of God, governmental restrictions, public health crises, or other significant events.
- The organizers may refund fees partially or in full, but are not obligated to do so and bear no liability for losses incurred due to these changes.
- This policy is subject to changes and updates as deemed necessary by The Gathering, and participants are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
